Prior to establishing OnPhone Inc, Wayne devoted 17 years to the development of strategic business plans in the automotive sector.
Wayne delivered cost effective marketing solutions and implemented essential telephone skills and appointment booking techniques. Wayne was a top sales performer year after year.
Wayne completed a successful professional hockey career in Eastern Canada, Sweden and with the Toronto Maple Leafs organization. He was recognized for his off ice contributions within each of these organizations and continues to assist in developing several youth programs.

Karin brings over 17 years of Senior Management experience to OnPhone Inc. As a professional business leader with extensive automotive experience in the media sector, Karin was the driving force behind the success of start-up publications, new product development, and strategic product planning.
Throughout Karin’s career, she established herself as a true leader, business builder and entrepreneur. She was responsible for the growth and success of the leading dealer publication province wide in addition to hiring, training and coaching extremely successful team players.
Karin was a key participant in all pricing strategies, marketing, budgeting, financial's and succession planning. She brings focus, drive and execution with a broad understanding of business to OnPhone Inc.
She has acted as chair for many fundraising events and is a leader for the “Hospital for Sick Kids”.

Jennifer is highly experienced in people leadership and the delivery of a diverse range of sales, project and learning programs in Marketing and Contact Centers. She has brought a broad range of training, both technical and service oriented, to corporate clients throughout Canada and the United States for over 15 years - everything from one day on site courses to more comprehensive custom-designed programs delivered over a longer period of time.

AUTOPRICE Canada
The OnPhone Call Track service provides AutoPrice Canada with accurate lead generation data that aids in determining which media sources/campaigns are producing the greatest results and therefore ROI for our marketing dollars. The quality of our lead handling process can be measured by reviewing and listening to the exchange between the consumer and our associates. The reporting tools provide an immediate follow up opportunity for our associates either by phone or direct mail and vital information about our potential clients are inputted into our data base.
OnPhone has facilitated telephone skills training at both locations. This module has helped our sales reps to understand the process handling incoming leads more effectively by taking control. Identifying needs and booking appointments times more consistently, has increased our call to appointment ratios.
AutoPrice Canada has experienced a consistent, increased sales trend upon completion of the training.
